These terms apply when you use PuzzleGames.ai. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Early preview

The site is new and still being tested. Features may change, puzzles or history may occasionally be reset, and things may sometimes break. If you notice a problem, please tell us through Contact us.

Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there.
• One person per account, please.

Free play and paid plans

• The daily puzzles are free for everyone.
• Plus and Pro are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
• You can cancel online at any time from your Account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you before it affects your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered in our Refunds and cancellation policy.

Using the site fairly

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk, resell its puzzles, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

The puzzles, coaching and site design belong to PuzzleGames.ai. You're welcome to play, print puzzles for your own personal use (Pro packs included), and share Puzzle IDs with friends.

The coach

The coach uses AI to explain strategies and give hints. It's usually helpful but can be wrong, so treat its advice as a suggestion.

Not medical advice

PuzzleGames.ai is for fun and mental exercise. It is not a medical treatment and is not meant to prevent, treat or cure dementia or any other condition.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site running and every puzzle solvable, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, PuzzleGames.ai isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new terms.
