Prices and renewal

Plus is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. Pro is $9.99 a month or $79 a year. Sales tax may be added where it applies. Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel, and we email a receipt each time you're charged.

How to cancel

1. Sign in and open your Account page.
2. Click Manage or cancel subscription.
3. Choose Cancel plan and confirm.

You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account switches to the Free plan. Your history stays. If you have trouble cancelling, email help@puzzlegames.ai and we'll cancel it for you.

Refunds

• First payment: if you're not happy, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full.
• Forgot to cancel a yearly plan? Ask within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
• Charged by mistake or twice? We'll always fix that.
• Otherwise, payments for a period that has started aren't refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges.

To ask for a refund, email help@puzzlegames.ai from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
